I went with Locke's father but if their were a choice for Locke himself I would have picked him instead. I guess its the influeces around us that make us the way we are so his dad is partly responsible for how he is but Locke just seems like such a dick to me. He goes off and get obsessed with the hatch which get Boone killed and then feels no remorse for what he did and goes as far as lying about it until Jack finds out otherwise. Then when Huley makes pretty much the only request hes ever made(not to light the fuse because of the numbers) he rushes into it anyway no doubt inviting certain doom next season.

I tried to go for flashback-only characters, only caving in with the Boone/Shannon combo because I know many just didnt like the two.

I think Locke's dad has caused the most damage, emotionally anyway. The other characters sure have been wankers, but for Locke's dad to just come out of nowhere, using his mom to bring him to him, and then pretend to get to know him, tricking him out of a kidney and then just fucking off again...

Harsh.

I like how Locke's boss turned from a douche bag, to a super douche bag throughout the space of one episode, because that revelation at the end of Walkabout episode really made him even worse for the way he was acting, that was a great setup and payoff displayed in that episode.

Walt's mom was completely out of order, with her freaky eyes.

Claire's ex was predictable, and didnt do the men of the world a favour.

Charlies brother kept saying 'You gonna be a rock god baby brother!" like a wanker, then went and made it even worse by wearing stupid glasses.

I think I'm getting obsessed with this show...
