Interesting stuff. Sounds like the show was just trying to trump up some ratings and didn't really want to get into the real issues of video game violence. On the other hand, Davison should maybe have stuck it out somehow and say something.

Didn't see the show, so the only side I have is this guy's, but it sounds like he got rocked. I agree though, it would have been nice to see him stay and "duke it out".

I do agree with him on that the whole media obsession with violence in gaming (all forms of electronic media) is so old. There has been violence in books for hundreds of years (not to mention in real life), that it is time to shut up...

Agreed.With crap like this predominating, no wonder that MSNBC and CNBC continue to lag far,far,behind
FOX and CNN in the ratings. I am not crazy about either FOX or CNN, but their programming is simply better produced then most of the crap on the NBC news channels.

I think I've seen this Big Idea show a couple times... well flipped by it anyway. Every time I saw that lame ass psychic guy on and Donny Douche giving him the PG version of an on-air blowjob. Time for TV hell asshole!

I love how when someone makes a joke Donny chews on his glasses (cuz he's so smart) and grins and then quickly comes up with another question. You can practically feel the air deflate.
