Props to the first one who gets it every day.

Ooh! Ooh!
Escape from NY.
Another reason to check CHUD everyday.

I'd say Escape From New York.

*beat me to it.
yes Escape From New York, thirdzees!
My first guess was Escape from NY as well.

Swordsman: The Dave Davis Story
Damn, my guess was THE BIG BRAWL.
Escape From NY would have been my guess as well.

I assure you that tougher ones await. Ones that are intentionally going to make you think it's one thing when it ain't. So there!

Ox Baker from Escape from New York
The guy hired by Dave Davis to go after anyone who tries to date Michelle Trachtenberg.

Krull
Definitely my favorite character from Krull. I mean, he already knows how he's going to die. It doesn't get any better than that!
Krull!

Graboid

Krull. That dude has one serious forehead.

DAILY GRABOID 8.1.05 Answer...

The 80's classic KRULL!!!!!!!!
I knew this one.
Krull.
I know everyone has already said it but i wanted to just so i can finally have some kind of practical use for seeing that movie, other than the fact is the The Shit.

Graboid...

Damn, I was too late for that one. I love these. Graboids turned a long time lurker into a first time poster.
If my fading memory serves me correctly, he was pretty much squashed so flat his eye would have been too wide to fit on his forehead???
Hooray for the new Snakoid...er, Graboid column!
I was all atwitter because I knew the answer, and I get here and was beat to the punch.

*sigh*

This looks like daily fun, Nick. Thanks.

Krull is the evil twin of

Sonny Chiba's Legend of the Eight Samurai

Watch them both, the parallels are uncanny for both being made in 1983.
Heh Heh... I'm just happy to be able to say that I knew both of these so far. Over the past few weeks I've had both Escape from New York and Krull with me at work, just listening to the commentaries while I try to get my daily grind done. Looking forward to the next one. I doubt I'll ever get to one first, but you never know. This is definitely a great idea. Kudos.
This is awesome I really love that you are doing this Nick. Keep up the good work.
"Bob took the 'One Vision' Mission Statement a little too seriously."
Well I'm late on this, all the answers are given. I think the best part of Krull is when one eye gets squashed.
Bedazzled, right?
Bedazzled. I mean, what?
8-1--I'm going w/ Bedazzled.
It's Bedazzled (the Hurley one). Damn, this Graboid idea is genius!

Our readers are too quick and smart.
This competition is missing the part where someone gets to make witty captions.

EDIT: Actually reading the earlier posts, people haven't forgotten at all.
Bedazzled!

Damn...wasn't quite fast enough.
To tell you the truth, the graboids have been posted during my lunch hour (when I check CHUD). So It's not too hard to get an early shot at these.

While I'm not sure if being able to ID a Bedazzeled scene would qualify me as smart, I do know that when I clicked on "Reply" no one had guessed it. By the time I posted it 10 sec. later, 2 others had beaten me to it, so I will give you the quick part.
Another one I knew... Oh well. My timing is way off, but who cares! It's still fun.
I still don't know how I knew this one. I haven't even seen the movie. Great game, Nick. Keep it up.

For Bedazzled...

Monkeybone: The Foreshadowing*

*foreshortening?
So my first post is a lot like my first woman. I finally get her to take her pants off and let me do things to her only to find out that I am going where many men have gone before. By the way, Bedazzled is one of my favorite random FX Network flicks. Right up there with Armageddon and the greatest movie of all time, Point Break.
This is the first one I've recognized, I am a pitiful excuse for a movie geek... *hangs head in shame*

And oddly enough, I've only seen Bedazzled once or twice, but i've seen Escape From New York a bunch of times...
It's always memorable when an albino checks out his penis.
Bedazlled (SP)
White Boys Can Hump?

Oh, right...Bedazzled.
