Free Clear CD replacement cases!

I was cleaning out a closet yesterday and found a box of cds my old band released. Anyone want one? Ill send it to you free. If you are a fan of Skinny Puppy, Ministry, NIN, KMFDM, Front Line Assembly and the sorts, you might get a kick out of it. Sound quality is not great, but the ideas get through (kinda). At least you can finally replace that broken clear tray on one of your good cds.

I'm game. Let's see what you've got.

I'd also like to check it out. I enjoy all the bands you listed, so chances are I'll keep the cd even. PM me or whatever for my address.

Thanks for the CD hostiledm. I'm on my second listen and digging it so far. My favorite track right now is probably "Inhale". I hear the Skinny Puppy influence a lot with the drums and synths, good stuff, especially since that's one of the things I dig most about them. Lots of good samples too, oddly enough I was using that same "calm little moments before the storm" line from "the Professional" on a project of my own until I decided to go sample-free.
No worries about the sound quality, it's not bad at all. The packaging's nice too. Did you guys have a deal or did you release the discs yourselves? And if it's not a sore subject, what happened with the band?
Anyways, thanks again for the "free case".

Hey Nexus, thanks for the kind words. Glad you like it. Im sure you found it already, but there is a hidden track at the end, a remix of 'Paxil'.

We released the cd ourselves, using money we saved from rather brisk t-shirt sales. Justin and I meet when he joined another band I was in at the time, to do some live guitar work for shows, and he became a soild support and member pretty fast. We played together as 'Terminal' for about 6 years before the cd came out. After the release we started working on new material and things just seemed to fall apart, rather fast I might add. Tons of stuff going on, and truth be told, I guess most of the blame could be laid on my shoulders.

So what about your project? Anything I could hear?

Anyway, glad you like the tunes.

Funny, I was just talking about that damn drug the other day.

It's going to be a bit all over the place really. Some tracks are straight-up techno(somewhat along the lines of Juno Reactor, but not as good, of course), others are hardcore techno(like gabber, if you know what that is) with speed metal, then there are other tracks that are almost goofy in the same way some of the Fight Club soundtrack is goofy. I have vocals for most of the tracks, but I'm not confident in my own voice enough to decide whether or not the vocals will be on them in some cases. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, not to say the songs approach perfection, but I can't seem to be satisfied. I once thought several of the songs were done, then I upon more listens they seemed too, for lack of a better word, "lacking". So now I keep adding layers upon layers. I've ruined one track by doing this, but it seems to be helping the others.

When I started working on it years ago it was a more straight ahead industrial thing(now it's something... else). Well my computer succumbed to viruses and I lost about 10 unfinished tracks. I got pissed, basically gave up, and now I'm back at it(starting from scratch basically). A really talented guitarist friend of mine will be helping me out sometime this month, hopefully that will kick it up a notch. I should have an EP done by the end of the year if all goes well.

I'll probably end up posting some stuff on my art site before the end of the year. I'll start a new thread and post a link when I get there. It's more an outlet for me right now, when I add the vocals I may not want anyone to hear it. That may sound weird, but it's very up in the air right now.
