I thought this was pretty damn good.

I've been meaning to track down the book Fire in the Valley, is it any good?

Fire in the Valley is pretty good. The Steve Wozniak website (www.woz.org) has some stuff about the movie, like while some of the events were combinations of actual events, the personalities were pretty spot on - especially on the Apple side of things.

About fucking time! I've been on another computer history binge lately, so I'm definitely primed for this. I just got through Accidental Empires (a bit dated, but it covered the late 70s/early 80s well enough), and I'm almost done with iCon (recent unauthorized Steve Jobs bio).

All the books I've read agree on one point - Woz was a fucking genius.

I've been waiting on this for a long time. If anyone is looking for an amusing Jobs book, The Next Big Thing (about the Next pc/workstation and the hundreds of millions wasted on it) is a pretty amazing look at just how clueless many, many very smart, very rich, people can be.

Great work by Anthony Michael Hall.
