If ever there was something to bring a bit of excitement back to the toy forum this would be it.

I like how it starts off innocent enough, kind of geeky but a little cool, and then it just goes straight to hell.

I think the scariest thing about that is the fact that he owns the first 3 CROW movies, ON VHS!!!

My hand got tired of scrolling down so much so I didn't finish that epic adventure. Can somebody tell me if he has a Col. Guile figure from STREET FIGHTER still in the package? I'm talking the movie and not the game. If not then I can sleep tight knowing I at least have that over him.

Most of this guys toys are still in their boxes, which i can understand cause the toy loses a lot of it´s value if you take it out of it´s packaging.
However i can´t understand why many of his videofilms are still shrinkwrapped?
Why bother buying films if you cant watch them?
Pointless.

This guy is a hardcore geek!

That's cah-razy! I'd like to know how someone could afford all of that.

Points off for the many Drew Bledsoe figures.

I would make a crack about how the owner needs to get layed but if he's got enough money for all that junk he should be able to spring for a whore with no trouble at all.

I am seeing thousands and thousands of dollars worth of merchandise in this guys house. But to what end? I'm still running eBay auctions tryng to unload the crap I wasted my money on as a teenager, and I am living to regret the impulsive purchases I made in that time. but pages like this always put things in perspective and make me feel better.

It's funny at first, but I've seen enough of these threads and enough episodes of "Clean Sweep" to think that there is a serious psychological disorder affecting the people that devote their time and money to maintaining 'collections' of this size.

I mean, can the guy possibly even enjoy or appreciate all this stuff? Wouldn't he forget he even HAS most of it?

I'm a collector and I realize that it's a mostly pointless hobby, but it can be fun and it's not something I've spent a car's worth of money on anything. One thing I've never been able to understand though are the collections that seem to be completely indiscriminate. I understand going ga-ga over Spider-Man toys, or Star Wars memorabilia, and I get it that people like comics and sci-fi movies and heavy metal, but I've never understood the urge to collect massive amounts of different stuff like this that is just hodge podge. These kinds of collections are the reason we get action figures from movies like Napoleon Dynamite... because somewhere, someone will buy it simply because it has been made available to be bought.
