"You know what Ol' Jack Burton say's at a time like this"

"Who?"

I came home one night, and found Moltisanti's and Slater's avatars fucking on my couch. This was left in between the cushions.

That's what I thought it was.

I hope you end up making this movie, sounds perfect for Lloyd Kaufman.

Every time I see Amphibatron's avatar, I think it's some kind of long-legged insect before reminding myself it's a fish being struck by lightning.
I thought it was a cartoon space amoeba.

been on an Ellroy kick.

Thinking of changing...not sure though.

I'm considering giving Uma a rest for a bit too. Her arms are getting tired. I'll have to think it through...
Time for a new Goldblum. Because I'm beginning college, I thought I'd go younger.
I changed as well. Since it's miller time.
So, Uma went on a little vacation after all (she'll probably be back at some point - I love that avatar), and filling in for now is the one, the only, and certainly the best Catwoman ever, Ms. Julie Newmar!

I thought Eartha Kitt was the reigning champ? I watched a bunch of marathons of the old Batman on FX in its early days and I can't say I remember much about Julie Newmar's Catwoman. However, I can clearly picture Eartha Kitt's rendition of Catwoman in my mind.
Mine is Agent Smith, playing a Casio. And yes he is taking requests. I found the gif one night and magic ensued. Never question magic.
I hope he takes full advantage of the preset beats.

Nah, it was all bass.

And as much as I like the duct tape bandit avatar, I think I'll go back to bass lightning for awhile.

[rubbing his thumb and forefinger together]

Mr. Pink: "Do you know what this is? It's the world's smallest violin playing just for the Batman fans who think Eartha Kitt was better than Julie Newmar."

(Thanks very much to Steve Buscemi for settling that dispute...)

Just don't lose that one, Amp. Face it, that guy's going to jail to give you a great Avatar. Well, that and gross stupidity.
I'm in total agreement with Dr. V. Don't lose the duct tape bandit, he's hilarious. That was absolutely one of my favorite avatars around here.
I, for one, am a fan of the fish.
Mine used to be a great pic of Jonathan Banks (naturally). I might go back to it, but for now I'm still digging my internet alter ego being visually represented by the great film composer, Wojciech Kilar (DRACULA, THE PORTRAIT OF A LADY, etc.). It's not so much about me loving Kilar (which I do) but that I just think the picture's fucking cool, even though I don't smoke, my hair's not gray (yet), and I don't own a working pair of sunglasses.

This is the part where I play Chocolate Rain at full volume and possibly mouth the words. This is usually followed by you jumping through a window.

My first non-Crow related avatar. And all did rejoice.

Because of its strange ubiquitous nature on cable these days, I tried to find a decent pic of Robin Harris to go with my House Party-inspired user title. Failing miserably, I ended up with a Jhonen Vasquez Happy Noodle Boy avatar that actually works better with the text.

I only regret that the text that originally went next to that pic would be unreadable at this size.

You're eventually going to run out of Hot Topic to plunder for avatars.

Most. Apt. Avatar. Ever.

Hopefully this will be the New Coke of avatars, and we'll have Millette Classic back after awhile.

It looks like yet another failure from Patrick Ripoll's teleporter experiments.....

...either that or Terry Gilliam's new movie Mummyfish.

Apt though it may be, that coveted award goes to Jason Thompson, and don't ever forget it.

It's from what appears to be a particularly horrifying episode of Night Gallery. I'm so Netflixing that sumbitch. Nothing creeps me out more than disturbing dolls/pictures/inanimate objects.

I figure I'll keep it up through Halloween unless popular opinion turns against me.

Ahh, I gotcha. Yeah, I have Trilogy of Terror in my Netflix queue, 'cos I miss Lil' Zuni and haven't seen him since I was 11 - which was when I first saw the movie with my stedad's two sons, and the three of us laughed so hard we almost urinated on the carpet in front of the TV. For Halloween, I have a couple of avatars lined up:
1. Madeline Kahn and Peter Boyle lying next to each other after they've done it in Young Frankenstein.
2. Elsa Lanchester in the classic Bride of Frankenstein pic.

I'm leaning towards Kahn and Boyle, because that's just my favorite scene from the movie, but I may go classic when the time comes, I haven't decided.

I would so rep you for that, but the system still has me on a lockdown.

Time for a change.

I love Pam Beesley so much it makes me a little light-headed.
MissZooey, please be advised that I have issued a reprimand for this unauthorized avatar change in the Office thread.

Not that there's anything wrong with Jenna Fischer.. quite the contrary, actually.
I like the change, MissZooey. Donna Reed was great, but she needed a vacation - you could tell by how tense she looked in that photo.
Librarians are an overworked and underpaid people. I thought Mary needed a summer break. Pamcakes is tireless and stern. Oh, sweet God, so stern...
