Speaking of Man in the Moon. If you read the Autobiogrphy of Jerry "the King" Lawler he talks about how hard Carey was to work with in that film.
Most people know the whole Lawler/Kaffmen wrestling thing was a huge set up ( a work between the two of them kept very secret) but for "realsim" Carey wanted Lawler to actually do the moves on him. Dispite Lawlers protesting if he did it for real then he could seriously hurt Carey, Jim kept pushing it. Eventually resorting to name calling and insutling Lawlers Familey to get him to do it. So according to Jerry Lawler on the next take he did, and consquently Jim Carey injured his neck - although never blamed Lawler for it and simply carried on as normal.
