What we're all really dying to know is - is it better than Murder-Set-Pieces?

Weall know that "MURDER-SET-PIECES" is the ultimate! Its so much goryier than all those pussy horror movies and that pg13 shit! No one would touch it, and now you can own it! Badass! Bloody horror and hot naked chicks! Pick it up on DVD, Nick Palumbo's "MURDER-SET-PIECES" starriung Tony Todd, Cerina Vincent and tons of other horror legends!

Do we have to go down that deep, dark passage again?

I didn't mind "Saw", I was only half aware of the internet hype surrounding it, so I went in clean and found it to be a bittersweet relief from all of the shitty remakes and PG-13, "spooky ghost girl" nonsense.

It's not a matter of forgiving the film its flaws on my part (because I don't), it's just that I expected much ado about nothing and got a reasonably entertaining B-movie. With all that said, I certainly won't begrudge someone for carrying a torch for the film, and though I've no plans to sit through the sequel, I hope those same people that enjoyed "Saw" above my "not a bad way to pass the time" level get a good deal out of Saw 2.
