I'm sure many of you have already seen Troops (http://www.theforce.net/fanfilms/shortfilms/troops/), but the most recent copy of Empire magazine came with a Star Wars DVD companion, listing some other good fan films.
My favourite, which I hadn't seen listed anywhere else, is Pink Five and Pink Five Strikes Back (a sequel better than its predecessor in every way) which you can find here:
http://www.atomfilms.com/content/pink5)
The bit where you hear Luke shout "R2" on Dagobah is classic.
Also worth a look are the fairly entertaining Sith Apprentice, a take-off of The Apprentice, with Sidious looking for a, well, you get the idea:

And much less worthy of attention is the frankly bananas Grocery Store Wars:
http://www.storewars.org
One question - they also have a link to Boba Fett: The Jedi Hunter, but when I went looking for it, it wasn't there. Does anyone know where I can track this down? Its apparently a Steve Irwin-type affair....
Enjoy.
