Just moved into my first house!

Damn, I'm gone for a bit and the entire damn board changes. Well, I've just finished moving into my own house. It feels nice to be in my own place, even though I did just have a pipe burst outside that cost a bit to fix. Welcome to the joys of homeownership!

just wait until your air conditioning/heating unit fails! That's a good 4 grand you get to spend and never see again.
