I don't think that male genitalia is really ugly (certainly no moreso than female) just that looking at it in a photograph doesn't do much for me. In person it's better, but even then there are many things I would rather do with a penis than look at it.

Oh, and Diva is very right about girth vs. length, although too much of either can be uncomfortable.
