Need help with finding a movie name

Ok - The movie is about a human who is fighting in a outer space fighting tournament to establish who is the best in the galaxy.

He has to fight a whole bunch of different aliens, including an alien with long legs that you have to walk in between to fight. I thingk the fighters name was Armstong. There are also beams that highlight the fighters and can take away a fighters staminia.

Anyone help?
