I'm not carving one this year but I did get a small one and write "Mr. Flappy" on it in black marker, it really brightens up the living room.

Call me stupid, but I still don't know how to put a picture right in the post, I can only do attachments. How do you do that?

You have to host the photo on a website somewhere, either your own personal site or something like photobucket (which a lot of chewers use, and is free). Then, click the picture icon in the post window and paste in the url. Presto!
