The Dead Zone on DVD

I just started watching season 1 of this great show, and am currently eight episodes in. I had a few questions. Firstly, my Netflix search only shows three seasons, so I wanted to know if there will ever be a fourth season of the show? And if not, did the third season wrap the story up for good? (No spoilers, please!)

Also, are seasons two and three as good as the first?

There's actually about half of a 4th season that aired as well, but no clue when they're going to wrap it up, and put it on DVD.
