Has anyone ever actually seen any of these figures that were supposed to be Wal-Mart exclusive repaints of the hard-to-find ML series 6 figures like Juggernaut and Phoenix and The Vision? I personally never saw 90% of that series in a store when it originally came out, and while I try to avoid Wal-Mart at all costs, I haven't even seen these "Best of" figures on Ebay. You can find used chewing gum on ebay, so I'm wondering if these things ever really got released?

A friend of a friend was collecting them... I saw his Juggernaut series VI.

I don't think he got them from Wal-Mart, though... I believe it was from either Kay-Bee or a comic book shop.

Oh wait... you said "repaints." I'm not sure if that link is what you are looking for. I'm not even sure how I would tell if they were repaints. Did it say something special on the box?

My younger brother collected these, and he bought them all from Wal-Mart. I'm not sure exactly what you're talking about, but I know for sure that he had two different versions of the Series 1 Iron Man. One was his regular red and yellow gear, and the other was this all blue armor set. It was the same figure, only one was dark blue. So there's at least one repaint that I know Wal-Mart had in stock.

Thanks for the links. Yeah, none of this is what I'm talking about unfortunately, which is why I think these figures are so rare. I'm not even trying to chase down the rare figures, I just NEVER saw some of these in the stores in the original release and I'd like to get them without having to pay aftermarket prices.

The stealth (blue) Iron Man is a nice one that's just a chase figure from that series and was immediately more expensive than I'd ever pay for a figure--but it's a nice one.
