It's just Gilbert telling one dirty joke after another. Not originals, mind you. I've heard a few of them before. But with Gilbert, it's all in the delivery.
"A man walks into a bar, as men in these jokes are so prone to do. This is what they do. They go to bars or farmhouses. This is their world."
He ends with a sprawling epic version of The Aristocrats.
I can't explain it, but Gilbert's one of the funniest comedians out there.
