Poor Perfect Dark and Call of Duty are just gathering dust on my shelf thanks to this damn thing. I can't remember the last time I was so hooked on a game.
So I saw that clip (or part of it anyway) of the guy scoring whatever he scored (like 2 million or something?). The game looks pretty and all but it seems like another Millipede or a free-roaming Galaga type game. What is it about it that makes it so addictive? Not deriding you guys as you have me wanting to buy a 360 just for this, but I'm just curious as what it is that makes you guys love it so much.
This game makes my eyes bleed, in a good way. Even though I've long grown tired of the three games I bought when I first got the 360, I still don't mind the dearth of games because of Geometry Wars.
