Anyone have this game for the GameCube? I might buy it with some Christmas money, but I'm not sure.

I don't. In fact, I don't even own a GameCube. Nor have I ever heard of the game.

I've seen it at the store. It's not a Capcom game (that's called Breath Of Fire).

I've heard Fire Emblem is pretty good. The series is famous for the fact that when a character dies, they are dead for good.

I would buy it if it weren't for the fact I have several underplayed games sitting around the house. And also WoW. And a wife.

That's the main reason I haven't boughten it, by the time I get around to it, it'll probably be $30.

Peharps I should be thinking of Ogre Battle (I remember 'Person Of Lordly Caliber' on N64, but that's closest I've been to it). It's a tactical turn-based RPG, like FF Tactics?

Fire Emblem is a fantasy set turn based strategy game which has a great unique selling point unlike Advance Wars, done by the same team, your team members are with you throughout the entire game and if they die in battle they die for good.
