Name Of Horror Movie

Hi, All!

I don't know, since this is my first post to this forum, if this is the right place to ask, but I'm looking for a name of a horror movie I seen sometime between 1987 thru 1990.

The movie involves these creatures who abducts this man, sews his lips shut and hangs him upside down in a chimney (fireplace). This guy was part of a group, I believe, "mysteriously invited to this house. Obviously everyone knows what happens next.

I was hoping that someone would have an idea, inkling of what the name could/would be.

Is there anyplace on the web, that anyone in this forum believes, would be a great place to start?

I would appreciate any small tittle of hope!!

I have nothing to add to this... i've never seen that movie, but this line cracked me up much more than it should've.
