The Vin Diesel one was sort of funny, but it got run into the ground. All that followed were more of the same, but worse.

I didn't really dig the Diesel ones because he hadn't been around long enough to build up the rep for such facts. Norris has been around forever so he was a better fit. Some of the Bauer ones are funny but it probably depends on how big a fan of "24" you are. The schtick should probably come to an end now, unless it's about Vic Mackey.

This got me thinking (rare but it happens occasionally, although I'm not very good at it)...

Everything has been played out. Ever. Everything has been done before a thousand times, be it action, drama, humor...just changed to fit that culture and time period. It's not Chuck Norris's fault, or Vin Diesel's fault, or even Daimajin's fault. It's God's fault.

How many Seven Samurai ripoffs have there been? What did Seven Samurai ripoff? What did the Vin Diesel fact generator ripoff? There was probably some underground humor railroad in Communist Russia that printed papers with "Random Stalin fact generator" stories or Hitler's Germany with "Random Hitler fact generator" comics. I'm sure of it. In fact, that would make a great thread. "Random Hitler fact generator".
