No, just showing one of the advantages. The pic's from a while ago, after someone bet her that she couldn't do it. However, due to the head smacking I just recieved, I'll just leave that picture to your imagination and provide you with a slightly less provacitive, but every bit as impressive example of the flexibility benefits that comes from yoga:

I think so. I dunno, I was just going through some of the pictures I have of her to show off the felxibility benefits of yoga. Well, the appropriate ones, anyway.
