Don't know how far this is going to get me.... but I'll try.

Anyone have any questions for Michael Roesch and Peter Scheerer, the screenwriters of House of the Dead 2? They're both longtime Uwe Boll collaborators... and from initial reports the sequel is a lot better than the original.

Whats a parody thread??
See, people would start threads, then clever chewers would start 'parody' threads, mocking the original threads often, though not exclusively, by making a pun on the thread title. This clogged up the forums with joke threads, so Nick started a special thread so we could show how clever we were without destroying the Internets.

For example: 'Your questions for my dad'

Easy.

Hey! This is a legitimate thread!

I knew I wasn't going to get many serious answers, but I figured one or two might be...

The SciFi Channel's pockets are deep indeed.

People- just pray for a repeat of my Uwe Boll interview. We can only be so lucky.

What is it like to create a sequel that is practically guaranteed to outshine the original?

1) How many scripts have you written for Uwe so far?
2) Would you ever like to write a script for someone other than Uwe?
3) Has Uwe ever asked you to revise your work, or does he shoot it as it's initially written?
4) Out of all the scripts you have done for Uwe, which one are you most proud of?
5) Has Uwe ever given you the task of writing something other than a video game adaptation?
6) What was the extent of your work (together, and seperately) before you started working with Uwe?
7) Did Sid Haig express an interest in working with Uwe on HOTD2, or was the role simply suited for him as written, before he became involved?
8) What scenes in HOTD are you most proud of?
9) What scenes in HOTD were you disappointed with, and if there were any, why didn't they work for you?
10) Between HOTD, an AITD, which do you feel is the superior script/film, and what do you believe are the reasons for that?
11) Uwe continues to hire more and more talented actors with each successive film. Is that due solely to his abilities as a director improving with each picture, or the increasing quality of the scripts you have provided him with, or a combination of both?
12) What films/screenwriters, inspired you to become screenwriters yourselves?
13) What is your favorite film of all time?
14) What is your least favorite film of all time?
15) Uwe has received some critisism for his films. Could it be he's just a misunderstood artist who's ahead of his time?
16) Who would you consider to be Uwe's peers insofar as directors who are working today?
17) Uwe is a very stylish director. Who do you think he most closely emulates, or is he simply an artist unlike any other director before him?
18) Uwe has mentioned Postal as being his dream project. Do you share this opinion, or would you consider something else to be your dream project to write?
19) Does Uwe give you free reign to compose your scripts, or does he enforce his own strict, personal vision which you must adhere to throughout the project?
20) How many more films do you think Uwe must direct before the academy will finally recognize his artistic brilliance?

Hopefully I've provided a useful question or two for you here. I look forward to your interview. Is it ok if I start laughing right now?

Interview's up!

Thanks, Uth, for giving questions that I could use.

nice interview. but I'm still wondering if they're going to have the big premiere for the Postal movie in Goleta, CA.

My pleasure Alex. Glad I could help. Great interview by the way. They're certainly more down to earth guys than UB seems to be, and I was pleasantly surprised by their answers.

I'm going to watch HOTD2 this weekend. After reading the interview, I'm actually interested in it now.

Do they realize they are writing a horrible movie or is that just a "happy accident?"

I can see it now Uwe Boll is the new Roger Corman. Future academy winner, when ask who they learned the most from starting out. The answer Uwe Boll, because he made me write the script in 3 hours, shoot the film in 2 hours, with only my pocket change.
