I realize that some airbrushing has taken place, but man does she look jacked. Most models are skinny, but thay have no muscle mass. Carmen looks unbelievably fit.

Carman's always been sexy and has always had a pretty slim and fit body. She does have those work out vids and doing those can definitley tone your body up.
