Jarhead 2 disc special edition

Did anyone pick this up? No stores have it. Even Amazon is sold out. Anyone have any idea if this 2-disc edition is very limited?

I saw it on sale at Best Buy for $27.99 with a sticker price of $32.99

Damn, one of my friends got it at BB for 32.99.

No sale on it over here.

It's frikin $41.99 here at future shop I can understand for the Black Hawk Down 3 disc edition, but this is only 2 discs and reviews have chalked it up to be a fairly average set. WTF??

I hate this new pricing strategy.

I think it's up to the studio. It seems WB have been able to keep their 2-disc sets reasonably priced (Harry Potter, Batman Begins) while studios such Universal (Jarhead, Cinderella Man) charge Criterion Collection prices for their Special Editions.

^Yeah I bought the BB and Constantine 2 disc sets for about $20 Canadian a pop. Harry Potter was a bit steep at $30, but I still bought it. But $40 is just outta control. I doubt I'll be buying the Jarhead SE until I can find it used.
