I know how to make it. I take the money and hand it to the shady looking man on the corner. When I do this, somehow it always winds up in my hand. Magic!

Maybe they think by showing er'one how to do it they hope the kids won't think its cool anymore and will then stop doing it themselves?

You know what else is a good resource for researchers and journalists? The library. I'm sure the DEA is well-intentioned, but its still counter-productive to detail how to make a drug that you are trying to stop from being made and sold.

Your missing the conspiracy theory obvious:

The DEA traces back address locations using the TCP/IP address of people viewing the page. Gives them a list of potential crackheads they can cross reference through "Carnivore" (The government Internet Traffic Moniter) to look for likely want-a-be Drug Lords.

The real conspiracy here is this:

By posting the recipe online, the drug cartels won't be able to push their product as effectively and will give up here and turn to Canada, where people are still making crack with maple syrup, which takes AGES!

Alls I know is that this link has removed the one remaining barrier from me smoking crack. I've had the stinkin' pipe since Christmas '04 just taking up room on my bureau.
