Seriously, depending on how you define "our own" - it's a standard human behavior, so I'd say it's pretty much hard-wired.

But the reasons for the discrimination as being race or creed or social status are "social conditioning" - your "us" group is whatever you are raised to believe it to be.

Spell words out, and spell them correctly. Occasional typos are fine, posts riddled with bullshit 3rd grade internet abbreviations are not. If that's harder for you than for most, there's a spell check button in the upper right that at least allows one to fake having a basic grade school education.
