YES! I thought this immd when I first saw Patrick!!
I think it gives me one more excuse to want to punch Hey Girl, Gosling in the face. If I could get him, Tom Felton, and Jack Gleason in a room, I would avenge their movie character douchebaggery.
I literally thought Tom Hardy was in "Prometheus" until I started reading reviews and wondering who the fuck this Logan Marshall-Green guy was.
When I first saw the trailer for the Sherlock Holmes movie, I thought: "Hey, Andy Garcia's finally doing shit again. And he hasn't aged a day..."
Keep in my mind I'm not an Ocean's fan, so although I'm aware now that he was in a couple of them (I think), back then, as far as I knew, he hadn't surfaced much since The Untouchables.
Anyway, here's my submission:
I actually spent a few minutes of my time demonstrating to a friend that the Punisher and Two-Face were not played by the same guy.
I have to confess, I sometimes confuse Ben Gazzara (RIP) and Philip Baker Hall.
Not that I can't tell them apart or something, but it often takes me a second to remember which was in which movies. Like, "Was that Ben Gazzara in Magnolia?" or "Was that Philip Baker Hall in Buffalo '66?"
While we're on the subject, I stumbled across this picture on IMDb of Gazzara in the 1957 movie The Strange One. But take a look at the other actor. First we found evidence that Nic Cage was a vampire alive in the Civil War era; now it appears that Sir Kelsey Grammer hasn't aged since the 1950s at least.
