When crossing the street, don't use the crosswalk. Go diagonally instead. Sure, it takes twice as long and increases your chances of being run over from behind, but it makes a more dynamic camera angle.

A few I learned from the Bourne movies;

A human body can break your fall, even when you drop from 20 feet up in the air.

And a magazine makes a great blunt object when in a fist fight.
