We just bought this house:

Very excited, it's the newest thing we have ever lived in. Just thought I would share.

Maybe he just meant we could all come over and have a slumber party at his new spot. That would be sharing it with us. What time shall we arrive and can I get directions off mapquest?!

Jesus man....that house is quite awesomeness.
If you wanted to provoke envy: mission accomplished.

Congratulations, Mike. Glad to know things are going well for you. : )

Nice! I'm sure I can gain access through that air-vent over the garage door.

Congrats. Does it have a secret door for the caribou?

Holy fuck that's a beautiful house - congrats.

Congrats! Always nice to move up in a house. Looking through those house shots, I wonder if G-Dude happened to live there once.....

That house is making sweet love to that garage.

Spelling, and occasionally gramar, have been my Nemesii since birth.

You have no idea how many Bothan spies I had to kill in order to get this house, so yes, it is a bit sordid my life.

I was going to put one in, but you'd be surprised at how much resistance I got from my wife when I mentioned doing so. Oh well, the back yard is just big enough to have one roaming around freely.

Thanks to everyone who commented! This has been a long time coming, and with things going the way that they are now it made sense to start looking at a house we could live in and be really happy with for a long, long time. I am pretty sure this will be our house to retire into, but we'll see. The deal doesn't close until we get a positive house inspection. That happens tomorrow afternoon. If that goes well, we take possession June 1st. If not, then it's back to the drawing board. House prices have shot up here and believe it or not, this is actually inexpensive compared to some of the others we were looking at. And this is frikken' WINNIPEG!!

Attached garages in our climate (-30 degree celcius winters) = better that sex. But yeah, it looks a bit lewd now that I look at the picture a bit closer. Thanks for ruining my house purchase! :P

Congrats, man! Looks like a nice place to raise your kids. What are your plans for the home gym/office room? I suggest turning it into a private screening room!

That will be a gigantic kids playroom, actually. It is only half of the basement, so I have more space to put in a spare bedroom, small bathroom and office. The upstairs will have a nice living room/theatre setup. Well, as nice as my old 32" TV allows anyways.

You should also decorate the playroom with the skulls of the people you had to kill!

Nice house, even if it is in Canada. Wait I guess that would make it extra nice, eh?

Good looking place you got there. Lots to keep you busy for eternity. In a good way of course.
