Who should it be? No fair consulting the playoffs...
KOBE BRYANT- Won the scoring title and single-handedly brought the team to the postseason. Arguably made better players out of Kwame Brown (something Michael Jordan couldn't do) and Lamar Odom. Spent the year confrontation-free.
STEVE NASH- Statistically was even better than last year, as he carried a Suns team without any interior presence to a 52 win season.
LEBRON JAMES- Took the Cavs to the playoffs and was the closest thing to a nightly triple double in the league.
DIRK NOWITSKI- Enjoyed his best professional season as he finally took sole leadership reigns of the Mavericks, leading them to sixty wins.
SHAWN MARION- Spent the year swinging between small and power forward, and succeeded in both positions admirably. His best season.
CHAUNCEY BILLUPS- Led the Pistons to the league's best record, putting together his best statistical season.
Any others?
