Shadow Dancer - Statue Of Liberty Boss (girl In Boots With Saw Blades)

Hello,

I have problems to liquidate the young woman in latex boots on the Statue of Liberty in stage 3-3 from the Sega Genesis / Mega Drive game Shadow Dancer. She is not a breeze, she is a strong and hard to beat enemy.
Could anybody give me tips for eliminate the girl?
I would be very grateful for every help.

PS: In the attachment you can see a screenshot from the girl.

The moment she tosses out a blade, she takes a pose where her head's down, and her arm's over her head. It's the clearest shot she'll give you. Stay a full screen's length away when you take your shot so you'll have the time to dodge the blade. There's also a way to knock her off the platform altogether, which is an instant kill, but the effort ain't worth it. Alternately, there--

I still have 2 another questions for you:

How old could be the girl?

If she is liquidated, suffer her boots the same fate?

What are your opinions about that?

I recall a boss that was like this huge lump of shit that opens up and there's a face that shoots fireballs at you. And he's surrounded by these turd satellites that spin around him.

 

Or maybe that's a different game.

 

This had good music, that I do remember.
