Not good, and it's getting worse - Screen Gems is going to make it. The guys behind such classics as Vampires: Los Muertos, You got Served, The Foreigner 2: Black Dawn, Ultraviolet and the When a Stranger Calls remake.

Somewhere Terry "Locke" O'Quinn scratches his head.

Well...at least they are remaking a bad film, instead of a good one. Any film cointaing the spurious acting talents of the most hated angel Shelly Hack can easily be improved upon. It won't be, but at least there is the possibility.

I've always had a soft spot for the original. It's light, turn-off-your-brain fun (and O'Quinn was entertaining as hell to watch).

Who can forget the scene where Terry beats a man to death (with a 2x4) because he doesn't believe in traditional family values? I love it!
