You have to be one serious asshole to do what he did, sans permit, helmet, etc.

The odd thing is, everyone I've seen on a motorcycle in this city in the last week or so has been riding sans helmet. You'd think some of them would smarten up after seeeing what happened to their own personal Jesus.

Yeah, that article was the best I've read on the subject -- i havent heard eye witness accounts before, so that was nice.

Thanks for that, I had a feeling that might be the case. I wonder what the certain restrictions are. Maybe "You can ride w/o a helmet as long as you don't have a wreck!"
