Simpsons replacement box question...

I posted this at the end of the old Season 6 thread, but no one probably even looked. Mods, feel free to lock this thread or whatever, just looking for some help or advice.
I sent away for the replacement Season 6 packaging several months ago, due to the fact Homer's head seemed to be falling apart at an alarming rate. I think I've opened it twice, and the trays have already come apart.
Anyways, as I said, it's been months, 2-3 times longer than the usual 4-6 week business. I've checked the website devoted to box orders, and the official site, and have no idea of where to check next. I recieved an email that the boxes were in stock, but no sort of tracking or confirmation of shipping of any sort. If anyone has any ideas they'd be greatly appreciated.
Did anybody else order one of these? If so, how long did it take to arrive? I understand these things can be slow sometimes, but this is getting ludicrous.

Have you called Fox and asked them about it?

I ordered one, and got it a month or so later. Of course, that was a long time ago -- I bought the set, and sent off for the replacement box, the first week or two after its release.

I like the idea of the head-shaped cases, but in practice they suck. Good luck.

The ordering site didn't specify whether it was UPS or USPS. I put a post office box, not sure if that could be the problem. I no longer have the card with the phone number on it(because I mailed it off), does anyone have that?

Thanks again guys.

Oh, and I didn't actually get the set until Christmas, and then mailed it off in March, I think. It's possible they were out of stock, but I never got an email saying so.
