All of them.

Breathless (though I guess it's also called a bout des souffles, I think, there may be an X in there somewhere). You know what? I didn't like it.
Grease (...)
The Black Hole

It's À bout de souffle wich means out of breath or breathless.

Dirty Mary, Crazy Larry. Loved it.

(Takes deep breath)

The original Star Wars trilogy. I know, I know, my whole life is a facade! I just pretended I had seen it over and over again for years so I could argue vehemenently about it online and in the real world!

This thread sucks.

I've resisted Casablanca my whole life, recently because of all those damned AFI specials.

I suppose I am watching Ginger Snaps for the first time tonight, I guess that counts.

'Sunset Boulevard'. I was surprised at how GOOD it was. The quality of the script and the delivery of some GREAT lines by William Holden really set this apart for me.

'The African Queen'. I thought it was subpar with a terrible ending. I really don't understand the classic status of this one. Bogart has been MUCH better in other films, and Hepburn was too shrill.

Casablanca is perhaps the one classic movie where everything you've ever heard about it is actually true.

But aren't there already a ton of threads like this?

Kudos to the people who answered this ridiculous thread, which exists only as a critique of the other dumb list threads, seriously. I don't know how you found anything to list, but you will not be stopped from listing movies, dammit!

GREAT movie with some excellent driving in it. I thought Fonda was excellent in this movie.

If you haven't seen it, may I also suggest 'Vanishing Point' as a true 70s classic car film.

I read the topic of this list to mean 'list movies that you should have seen a while ago (essential movies) that you've FINALLY gotten around to seeing'.

I read the meta-textual, post-ironic overtones and responded accordingly.

At this rate we will need to do a critique thread of all the critique threads Devin is throwing out.

I thought spoof threads weren't allowed. It's who you know, I guess.
