I really enjoyed this episode and the REVEAL was actually perfect for this show and caught me off guard with a nod and a wink.

I loved last nights episode. A little light on the comedy but the mystery was great and it's one of the few episodes they've done that kind of had me on the edge of my seat.

Is it my imagination or has the show just become a shade darker this season. Spenser getting pistol whipped and this episode were a little change of pace.

Liked the finale. Gus' little outbursts were great "your even using props". But I was expecting a cliffhanger.

I dunno what they have been going for with the darker tone though. Apeing the Mentalist maybe?

I don't think that's it. According to one of the writers Steve Franks manifesto at the end of Season 2 was that Season 3 had to be funnier, the mysteries had to be more interesting and the show more epic, for lack of a better work. I just assumed it was the result of a show evolving rather than the writers getting complacent.

I completely expected rachel leigh cook to be either the victim, or the murderee. Surprised it didn't go that way.

What the hell happened to Ally Sheedy, she use to be so cute, she really creeped me out in this. Also, it was nice to see Rachel Lee Cook, I always liked her.

Ally sheedy looked way too much like a bizarro Sigourney Weaver. It was a little offputting. Plus her teeth are far bigger than I ever remember them being.

I was kinda waiting for her jaws to unhinge and for her to swallow someone whole. What are the odds on more folks from "the club" to show up on the show?

Watching Short Circuit now. Sheedy was kinda cute, in an 80s sort of way, but she's no Rachel Leigh Cook (obviously).

I was watching and the first view of her from the car I was like "was that Ally Sheedy"? then it was like"I think it is, what the hell happened to her"?

I was expected someone like Crispin Glover to pop up as Yin Yang, but Sheedy was a surprising choice. I'm hoping they bring her back for next season.

Probably the weirdest thing was seeing (looked up on IMDB) Jimmi Simpson on HOUSE on Monday play a great role as a priest pedo- and then turn a comedic creepy role on Psych.

loved the limp hand.

And he was also in Zodiac. Considering the premise of the episode, it was a pretty interesting inside joke.

Excellent episode. Loved it from start to finish. great references, but i thought Jimmi Simpsons ended up stealing the show.

His line about ankle weights "changing Ryan Reynolds career" hilarious.

Gus was pretty great too.

Definitely a step up in quality and a step forward in character relationships

For a moment I thought Jimmi Simpson was a thinner James Spader. Are these guys related?
