Enrollment begins now. There will be a screening process to determine the final showing of 40 entrants. I'll need two co-commissioners to help orchestrate this sucker, but it's vital. Raising the ante will be the fact that I want a couple of folks providing a running commentary on the main site on the choices. A little back and forth about the selections.
The rules for the draft are as follows:
1. Only current actresses with at least one theatrical role above a cameo opening on or before August 1, 2006.
2. Enrollment in the draft only open to members from 2004 or earlier, unless a newer member with 2k posts PM's me a convincing argument why they deserve a crack.
3. Each entrant must participate in all ten rounds + the bonus round, supply a photo for each choice, and update their draft list throughout so as to avoid confusion.
4. Order of draft will be determined by random pick out of my trusty old Padres hat.
5. A volunteer must run a "Chosen" thread tracking the progress.
6. A supplemental "hunk" draft may occur but it's been chaos when we try to do them together. Anyone who feels up for it has free reign.
7. If this draft goes well, we'll return to the old CHUD policy of a draft every two months with this one being our "Oscars".
