Do you remember that scene in Return of the King where the elf (Legolas maybe?) took out that Oliphant single handedly? Now imagine a whole videogame where do nothing but that. Just travelling and boss battles. No minions to fight, no power-ups, no distractions. Sounds boring but it is an amazing experience fighting these beasts. The coolest thing is that you aren't on the ground level for these fights. You have CLIMB the damn thing, find its weak spots, and hang on for dear life as the Collosus tries to throw you off. So far I've fought a Minotaur, a Horse, a Knight, a Vulture (nothing is cooler than hanging on when it's doing 360s in the air while you're holding onto one of its wings) and now I'm onto a giant fish. There's 16 in all and so far each beast is totally unique with the battles themselves going as long as 20 minutes. Can you tell I dig the hell out of this game?
