HALLOWEEN HORROR PICTURE SHOW 2006

Enigma Films is pleased to announce that the Halloween Horror Picture Show will take place in the historic Cuban Club of Ybor City. The festival marks the fourth year of mayhem and madness as seen through the lens of local and international filmmakers.

In addition to showcasing some of the best production talent in the Bay Area, distributors, scouts, filmmakers and special celebrity guests will be attending. Already confirmed are:

Halloween, Stripes and Rock n Roll High School

CHRISTA CAMPBELL
The Wicker Man and Day of the Dead remake

Major Events include

Special Screening of the upcoming feature film: Death by Engagement starring P.J. Soles, Christa Campbell, Sascha Knopf and Iyari Limon.

Sirens of Cinema magazines and signings
Costume Contest
What's Halloween without wild and crazy costumes!

And for consideration in the short film competition, Submissions will be accepted through 9/15/06. Please email Rick Danford for more information.

Each year the HHPS has donated all admissions to local charities. This year 100% of the admissions will go to The Cuban Club Historical Foundation's Charitable Organization.

The upcoming HHPS06 event is quickly becoming the can't miss event for Halloween. In addition to the already growing list of celebrity guests and the very best short horror films slated to screen from around the world, the fest will also screen three very special feature films.

NIGHTMARE MAN
The horrifying new film from Writer/Director Rolfe Kanefsky that stars the voluptuous Tiffany Shepis will open the show. The film is currently enjoying a small theatrical release on the west coast and will make it's east coast premiere at the Halloween Horror Picture Show.

DEATH BY ENGAGEMENT
The cutting edge slasher film stars P.J. (Halloween) Soles, Christa (Day of the Dead) Campbell and Iyari (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) Limon. Beautiful women and a madman that can't be killed. Sounds like a recipe for fun. Both P.J. Soles and Christa Campbell will be on hand to introduce the film.

HEADER
Considered one of the most gruesome and disturbing films ever made. Hardcore Horror author Edward Lee's crown jewel comes to Tampa and will be introduced by the author himself. Brace yourself for one of the most controversial and over the top films you may ever see.
