Don't stress about how recent is recent. If you find a cool photo, post it. The Tara Reid one is from 2004, so it's a bit dated and not even that fun to look at. You can particularly see the scarring HERE.

It appears that the silly girl actually tried swimming in that swimsuit and nature took its course. There are a couple of other pictures in this sequence that make it clear she wasn't immediately aware of her predicament.

I'm pretty sure we only get camisole there, but you intrigue me, sir. I shall investigate.

On the subject of pre-Code films, there are plenty of bra-less moments and bits of brief nudity. Many were gloriously intentional (like Ms. Wray's see-through gown in Kong's 'screen-test' scene), and could deserve a thread of their own. I'm going to try to stick to posting accidents here.
