Nah...what fun would that be? I mean we EARNED those rep points. The real fun won't be seeing who trashed us...but rather who jerks each other off behind the curtain. If we wiped his points back to zero, he'd be back at 5 squares by the end of next week. He's got charisma, and a box full of panties.

So what's the point of the rep system exactly? Is it to alert me to the fact that Dan Whitehead is awesome and Kueller sucks? Because i have been really unclear about that whole situation for a while now as have most of us I would imagine. It's really helped things along.

I'm not sure that's true.

While all of the comments and red squares I have been given as of late have disappeared, the negative points I incurred b/c of those squares remains.

I think work is being done on the system, but it is by no means "on hold"

Awesome. It turns out the person giving me the "funny" racist comment actually hasn't posted anything in 3 years.

This is a neat feature. Suttyx blessed my vein stick. This explains my recent vitality in the bedrooms and bathrooms of the world.

101.5 temperature! A step up! I was at 102.4 last night. I enabled us to see rep points but I limite dit to 5 on the outside chance some of the really mean folks were able to be moved down the line. Consider it my little gift to the jerkassholes.

I'd ask that you guys still use the rep system and not let the anonymity factor ruin it. Everyone knows we're all pissants, no need to hide it.

That said, thanks for acknowledging the return of RON. It's kept my temperature under 104.

Nick when you've got the time, please re-check your control panel thingy, I dont think the rep system is working at all. Or if it is can you better explain it for us lowly desperate simpletons, because we're all getting the same colour but not advancing or even going down in points.

It's going to take a lot longer before people change color. I think it's a situation where people need to earn the power in dealing rep. This isn't supposed to grant overnight power. But, I am closing this thread and the other one. The issue is decided. No more discussing this. It was handled democratically and the changes were made, now for the love of God please discuss more than rep, playboy pictures, and noise like that. Oh, and we have a thread for celebrity deaths.
