In case you're not reading the 360 Marketplace thread every day, today (Thursday) is the last day you can download Texas Hold 'Em for free. As of tomorrow, it's ten bucks.

how is it? i've downloaded it, but i'm too far into "dead rising" to stop right now to play it.

It's fun. I mean, it's just poker, so there's nothing mind-blowing here. But I like the fact that you've got a persistant chip count, so when people go all in or make/lose a big score, it really matters.

Don't know if I'd pay ten bucks for it, but luckily, I don't have to.

It's great for free, not sure how happy I would have been spending 10$ though. I like the little "challenge" things they have set up. Sitting down at the final table ahead in the chip count and trying to buy everyone out was more entertaining than it should have been.
