Stupid arguments

What are some of the stupidest arguments any of you have ever heard? This is from a message board for my college newspaper. Topic: The Confederate Flag and what it means (hate relic or southern pride?). The argument:

"A. Lincoln wanted to recolinize African American to Central America. Thats not a secret eather. It's in the popular book "America The Last Best Hope." Lincoln had planes to send African Americans out of the country."

Last I checked (per Wikipedia):
"The Wright brothers, Orville Wright (August 19, 1871 - January 30, 1948) and Wilbur Wright (April 16, 1867 - May 30, 1912), are generally credited with making the first controlled, powered, heavier-than-air flight on December 17, 1903."

I guess Lincoln had more than Abe Sapien hidden in Washington...

What do you say in this case?

You sure it's not just a typo? 'Plans' would make sense in that spot. Well, not make sense, exactly, but, ya know.

Well, I thought, "maybe he meant plans," but the arrogant ass-hattery of the guy was a bit too much. He was a know it all, so if he said PLANES, dammit, he meant PLANES.

Besides, everyone in the South knows Aviation-Abe was the Satan.

EDIT: It took this thread for me to get "GANDOLFINI'D." I'm so honored.

"Gandolfini'd" is a new term used only on CHUD which means getting fucked in the ass. By Ganolfini, of course.
