As if anyone cares, we fucking lost. To the Greeks. The GREEKS!

USA basketball needs this:

A dedicated head coach. Not some coach taking it as a summer job.

An actual team that plays together more than fucking 4 times before a major tournament.

I guess it's good that we aren't dominant anymore. It makes the tournament more meaningful. But it still sucks to lose.

I'm so glad that team USA lost. As they repeatedly get taught how to play the game by the likes of Greece, Argentina, etc. it will hopefully get them to realize what a bunch of selfish douchebags they are who have lost all perspective on how to play. The main problem is that they don't know how to pass. Back in the original dream team era there was Magic, Bird, Stockton, and even Pippen, Barkley, Jordan, etc. knew that ball movement was necessary. Now everyone stands around like a bunch of drooling retards while one guy plays 1 on 5. And like Larry Brown this shows that Coach K is overrated, the notion of "they haven't played together long enough" is a bullshit excuse, all the need to do is get a month or two of being on the same team together and it's not really an issue. That's all the first few dream teams did and they were fine, and that's what this team did. There selfish and don't know how to pass, that's the problem, and it's great to see it bite them in the ass in international tournaments.
