I need a little help from someone who knows more about html than I. My posts rely a lot on hyperlinks, but I want to make it so all the hyperlinks open in a new window, which they aren't doing.

Insert a (target="_blank") [no parenthesis] in your <a> tag after the (href="link.com") part.

EDIT: So you link would look like (a href="http://www.link.com" target="_blank")text(/a), only with <> instead of ()

You're lovely. Is there any way to make this the default for my hyperlinks in Blogger, or am I going to have to go in and edit the html for each post?

Same window is the default, so you have to update your links as Slestack mentioned. If you realy want to be slick, you can skip the target parameter and use href="javascript:window.open(...)" in your anchor tag to define the page, the size, title, controls, and position of the newly opened window. Probably overkill though.
