i have so much more admiration for pre-CGI fx work in horror movies than what you see these days. i'll take the second half of Poltergeist II over anything in King Kong.

Just throwin' this out there, perhaps to make Darkmite jealous, perhaps not, but I just bought this:

It's like 80 bucks for about 8 inches worth. But I regret nothing.
