Considering that I find the entire McDonald's lunch/dinner menu to be absolute garbage, but greatly enjoy most of their breakfast offerings, this is good news for my taste buds (and bad news for my cholesterol).

McGriddles with fries for dinner? I finally know what it is like to touch a rainbow.

Oh, yes. ...God, I am fat.

Anyway, two things about that article stand out to me.

1: Only 100% employee turnover for McDonald's? Wow, how'd they get that so low? When I worked at Wendy's, 300% turnover for regular line crew was a good year.

2: How, exactly, is opening this menu all day going to be more taxing on the employees? Because they have to remember how to make more stuff at the same time?

Some McDumpster's guy was quoted on the Today show this morning as saying this will be at least four or five years down the road. I suppose they'll test it at a couple pilot locations for a year or so to see how it goes.

Four or five years? I'll officially stop thinking about this then.

In the mean-time, for god's sake push the breakfast time to 10:30. Nobody eats lunch at 10:00 in the morning.

Is there a list of the locations they'll test it out at? I need to know what kind of commute I'm looking at.

I was thinking about this last Friday as I was sucking back a pair of Egg McMuffins. I asked my wife "Don't you think it'd be a smarter move to offer the breakfasts at any time of the day? christ, I know a handful of stoners who'd kill for one of these at 2:00AM".

Sure that kid will be dead by 20. But his taste buds will have experienced pleasures that not even King Tutankhamun could fathom.

A McGriddle is like sex in my mouth. The good kind.

You don't get out much.

Sure I do. I was at In-N-Out just yesterday.

What I like best is the kid seems to be asking "Are you gonna finish that?"
And, I'll repeat what I said when that pic was used in the We Salute America thread, he looks like the spawn of the michelin man.

That thread was fucking great, by the way.

I've avoided the chain for almost a year but admittedly it's only because I rarely would be able to partake in some McMuffiny love.

Rather than cause a scene, I prefer to restrain my inner D-Fens until the last possible straw puts me over the edge (which I estimate will be in another three months).

I really wish they would push the breakfast time up to 11 or 12, instead of 10:30.
Who the fuck wants to eat a BigMac at 10 in the morning?
At 5 in the morning? Sure, but it's amazing what a few shots of Jager will make you crave.

In high school our lunch break began at 10:15, upon which I... went straight to McDonalds (well, only for a year, after which I couldn't take it any more).

"No, Billy. That's a tray. We don't eat trays, remember?"

There was a time last year when I stopped at a McDonalds at 10:28, and they switched from breakfast to lunch between when my friend ordered and I did, and it was glorious. If I'm ever being executed, I hope the state has the resources to assemble a meal for me including a McMuffin, McRib, and a breakfast burrito.
