MOH: IMPRINT on DVD

I just watched this for the first time. I thought it was great. And I'm not always down with Miike and his fetus love, but this one kept me interested for the whole hour...which has only happened a few times with MOH. Its too bad that Showtime wouldn't air it. Anybody else see this and like it?

Loved it. Should have a review up this week.

But it's funny how this was one of the only straight-up horror episodes of the whole series. Sick shit here.

The only annoying thing was some of the extras where Mick Garris talked about how he told Miike to tone down some of the more cultural aspects of the film.

Finally saw it tonight. Fucking loved it. I wish I could have been in the room with the Showtime execs when they watched this. It was by far the best episode of MOH. The only flaw was Billy Drago's acting, which was more horrific than any of the gore. Maybe he's why it got banned.

Yeah this was actually one of Miikes stronger works. The color scheme and sets were knockout. Billy Drago was terrible in this though, maybe it wasn't his fault, i mean he should go back to battling Cynthia Rothrock soon though. Sad how one the most horror episodes of this series ended up languishing direct to dvd. Oh well, maybe they'll get it right next season (kinda cynical on that).

Drago was AWFUL i admit. I love the little head thing creature though. thats what I always imagined masters of horror could be. i think next season will rock, TIGERS STYLE.
