I have, and to be honest, it didn't do that much for me. Not enough shock value to get me over the low-budget acting. I also don't suffer from coulrophobia, so it was at a disadventage from the start.

Who's this f**kin' clown?

I saw it (ie: fastforwarded through much of it after giving it a valiant attempt). I have a fear of clowns since I was a kid. Love Tim Curry's Pennwise and Killer Klowns from OS.

But this movie?

Your review is pretty spot on (you were actually more generous than I would've been). It tries and fails. It is indeed a sad clown.


I wonder if Killjoy 1&2, S.I.C.K., the Camp Blood trilogy, or Dark Carnival are any better.

You can always give "Clownhouse" a try, especially if pedophilic directors give you the creeps as well.

Not sure about the others, but I've heard nothing but bad about Killjoy and S.I.C.K. I believe a sequel to that one just came out, too. Serial Insane Clown Killer? Or something horrible like that?

But yeah, there hasn't been a good killer clown movie yet. I just thought it was cool that the director bothered emailing me, and actually said that he agreed with most of my review. Many don't do that.

Still... guess we'll see about this one...
